This document details our refund and cancellation policies for the GAISEO Plugin and SaaS platform.

1. Our Money-Back Guarantee

Every new GAISEO monthly or annual subscription is backed by a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

  • Guarantee Period: 14 calendar days starting from the date of the initial purchase (transaction date).
  • Applicability: The guarantee applies only to your first purchase of any GAISEO subscription.
  • Outcome: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a customer purchasing digital content in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days.

Note on Digital Content:
By initiating the use of the GAISEO plugin or downloading the software immediately upon purchase (which is necessary to use the service), you expressly acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal expires prematurely in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, provided that we have executed the contract fully.

However, our contractual 14-day Money-Back Guarantee as defined in Section 1 remains in effect regardless of this statutory regulation.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following scenarios:

  • After the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
  • For subscription renewal fees (monthly or annual) if not cancelled in time.
  • For one-time fees, setup fees, or professional service charges (if applicable).
  • If we determine the policy is being abused (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding).

We strongly encourage you to utilize the full 14 days to evaluate GAISEO.

4. Cancellation and Refund Process

4.1 Requesting a Refund (Within 14 Days)

To request a refund under the guarantee, please send an email with your Order ID to:

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the funds to reflect on your statement.

4.2 Subscription Cancellation (After 14 Days)

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your GAISEO Account Dashboard (Billing section). Cancellation stops future billing, but you retain full service access until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds are offered for the unused time.
