Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we use Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) to manage your license, order history, and account. Your payment information (e.g., credit card details) is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
  • Purpose: To process your order, create your account, issue invoices, and fulfill our contractual obligations.

c) When you activate and use the GAISEO plugin:

  • Data Collected: Plugin usage and license data, including your license key, website URL, plugin version, and site language.
  • Purpose: To validate your license, provide software updates, and ensure compliance.

d) When you use the AI Co-Pilot features:

  • Data Collected: Specific input data (e.g., image URL, nearby text). We do not send your entire post content unless required.
  • Purpose: To provide the requested AI service securely via proxy.

e) When you contact us for support or feedback:

  • Data Collected: Name, email address, and message content.
  • Purpose: To respond to your inquiries and provide assistance.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

3. AI Data Processing & Third-Party Providers

We use third-party AI services like OpenAI via Azure. Data is routed through our proxy and is not used to train models.
  • Proxy Server: Protects our API key and ensures data security.
  • No Model Training: API data is not used to train AI models.

5. Sharing of Data

We never sell your data. We only share it with third parties when required to deliver our services:
