Terms of Service

Welcome to GAISEO, a service provided by Productive AI GmbH (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, plugin, and SaaS platform.

By using GAISEO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

GAISEO offers AI-based SEO analysis tools, WordPress plugin features, and access to a cloud-based dashboard. You may use these services for business purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to VAT.
  • Plans: GAISEO is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
  • Billing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We use Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) to manage your subscription and licensing.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the GAISEO plugin and platform for your own business website(s). Reselling or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the code.
  • Bypass our licensing or authentication mechanisms.
  • Use the AI features in a way that violates third-party rights.

6. AI Features & Data Processing

Our AI Co-Pilot features use third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI via Microsoft Azure). Input data is routed through our secure proxy and not used to train AI models. You retain all rights to your content.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

8. Availability & Maintenance

We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but availability is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of GAISEO. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. In case of termination, you lose access to premium features and data insights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted here with an updated effective date. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
